If your company is experiencing issues with Addresses when entering Prospects from the Mobile App, we recommend changing a Custom Setting to ensure all Prospects are de-duplicated, and compared to Prospect addresses already in your database.
Note: Only the System Administrator user will be able to perform this function.
Navigate to the Setup menu
In the QuickFind locate the Custom Settings menu
Then navigate to Public System Settings and click Edit
Next, locate the Mobile Prospect Entry use eLead and set to TRUE
Then click Save
