Scheduled Flow to update Next Annual Maintenance Date
This release includes Scheduled Flow A depicted in the Next Annual Maintenance Date diagram, and a new checkbox for Opting out of Text messages on the eLead object.
What does the Flow template do?
Each day, the Flow evaluates all Prospect's whose " Next Annual Maintenance Date Reset” and "Reset Next Annual Maintenance Date" checkboxes are both False, and the Prospect's Next Annual Maintenance Date is not Blank, AND the Next Annual Maintenance Date is older than 90 Days, then Flow will set the " Next Annual Maintenance Date Reset " checkbox to True. This prompts Workflow Rule C to fire, changing the Next Annual Maintenance Date to one Year in the future.
