When clicking the "Collect Payment" button on the improveit 360 Mobile App, your device will automatically launch the PaySimple AppConnect App.
If the AppConnect app is crashing upon launch, try closing both the AppConnect App as well as the improveit 360 Mobile App.
Then, open the AppConnect FIRST and login to AppConnent using your PaySimple login credentials.
Then, open the improveit 360 Mobile App.
As long as you are successfully logged into PaySimple's AppConnect App BEFORE clicking "Collect Payment" in the improveit 360 Mobile App, the app should launch appropriately and you may proceed with processing the payment.
