If you are trying to access a Prospect, Appointment, Sale or Project from the i360 Go Mobile App and the fields all appear to be Blank (see screen shot below), there is an issue that must be resolved by a System Administrator User.
Contact your System Administrator to complete the following steps.
If you experience an issue in which Prospect, Appointment, Sale or Project Fields are not loading on the mobile app, it may be caused by duplicate fields with the same (or similar) Field Name, or it may be caused by a field being double-exposed within a Field Set.
Navigate to the Setup menu. Click on your Username in the upper-right corner of your improveit 360 page. Clicking on your Username will expose a dropdown menu. Here you will find the Setup menu:
From the Setup menu, use the Quick Find search bar and search the word "Objects"
Under the Create menu, click on Objects
Choose the Object that is not loading on the Mobile App (ex: Prospect, Appointment, Sale, Project)
Under the Custom fields and Relationships menu, look for two Fields that have the Same Name (or similar names). If you find two fields that are similarly named, Edit the Field Label and add a "1" at the end of the Field Label and API Name (Field Name):

Next we need to check if a Field may be double-exposed in a Field Set. If you suspect a certain Field has been duplicated in the Field Set, go to the Object (Prospect, Appointment, Sale, etc) and hover over Field Sets. Click Edit next to each of the Mobile App Field Sets. Remove any duplicated Fields.
Hover over the Field and a Wrench Icon and a (-) Icon will appear. Click the (-) to delete the Field from the Field Set.
Click Save in the upper left corner of the Field Set window.
Be sure to Run First Time Setup after making this change.
