Once your Sale Items have been imported into a Sale via the Appointment or imported Quote, you can change/update/add and delete any Sale Item.
Adding a new Sale Item
Click the '+' button on any Sale Item and a new Sale Item will be created directly above. Click 'Add Item' at the bottom of the list to create a new Sale Item at the bottom.
Once the new Sale Item is created, select a Product/Product Category, Quantity and Unit Price. The Unit Price x the Quantity will calculate the Item Total.
Click the magnifying glass icon to search for a Product in your system:
Type the name of the Product you are searching for in the search bar, select the Product in the list and click 'OK'.
Deleting a Sale Item
To completely delete a Sale Item, click the 'x' button to the right of the item.
Cloning a Sale Item
To create an exact duplicate of a Sale Item, click the clone button next to the magnifying glass icon.
Re-ordering Sale Items
To move a Sale Item up or down in the order of Sale Items, click the up or down arrow.
