This Article will cover how to add your own custom fields to the Prospect, Lead Source or Appointment and make them visible on the improveit 360 Go! Mobile App on the Prospect creation screen.
Once you have created your Custom Fields, you'll need to add them to the desktop Lead Entry page (aka the Quick Sale Field Set on each object). Follow along with this Video and Article: Add Fields to the Lead Entry page
In the example below, we have added a custom picklist Field labeled "Lead Type" to the "Quick Sale - Prospect" Field Set:
We have also added a custom Lookup Relationship Field labeled "Referred By" to the "Quick Sale - Lead Source" Field Set:
Once you have verified that these fields are visible on the Lead Entry page of the desktop system, Login to the improveit 360 Go! Mobile App
Click on the Prospects Tab
Click the Add button in the upper-right corner:
Swipe right to Enable the "Show Additional Info" feature. This allows you to see Custom Fields (similar to clicking "+more details" on the desktop application).
Locate your Custom Field. Click the arrow within the Field to select a Value in the Picklist:
The second example is a Lookup Relationship Field. This Field Type will open a secondary page for you to Search for matching records.
Click on the Field:
Begin Typing in the Search bar. The system will begin populating potential matching records.
Choose from the list of records below.
