NOTE: This automation does not allow for Re-Resulting Appointments through Leap. If you need an additional automation to allow Reps to change a Result, talk to a member of our team for Scoping this as an additional service.
If a Sales Rep goes on a second Appointment but uses the original Quote to Result as Sold, that original Quote is tied to the original Appointment, and would be updating the Result of the original Appointment in improveit 360. This would require additional configuration at a cost.
Be sure you are creating a second Quote to Result as Sold, to ensure improveit 360 has the correct reporting metrics around Sold Appointments.
