Added a Batch Script to run and update the Time Record's Start and End Times based on Record Owner's Time Zone
When a Time Record is inserted - Batch Apex Runs and checks the difference between Company Time Zone and User Time Zone
The Difference is added/substracted from the stamped time records and updated to the correct time
