Clear Search

It would be beneficial to have a button to clear the recent search if you had typed in lots of things and you wanted to do a new search, you wouldn't have to clear all the lines

  Hi Erin,

  With regard to improveit 360's Search and Create tool, the tool will clear the fields each time you click the Go! button. There is also a Clear button for the Search and Create Tool: 

  

   

  The Global Search tool is a native Salesforce search tool, our Development team cannot alter the functionality of the Global Search tool. However, if you triple-click into the Search bar you can highlight all text and Delete all text at once, similar to a "clear" button. Here is a screen shot to guide you:
