Related List Settings can differ between software packages and objects. This Article covers the correct API Names for Related List settings in both the Supportworks and Products and Materials package, on the Quote, Project and Sale objects.
The Quote object related list settings are slightly different from the Sale and Project objects. In addition, there are different prefixes for the Supportworks Package versus the Products and Materials package.
In the Products and Materials package, the Quote object related list will be setup using the Materials object API name: productmaterial__Materials__r
And in the Products and Materials package, the Project object related list will be setup using a slightly different Materials object API name: productmaterial__Materials_Lists__r
Finally, in the Products and Materials package, the Sale object related list will be setup using a slightly different Materials object API name: productmaterial__Materials_Lists__r
In the Supportworks package, the Quote object related list will be setup using the Materials object API name: supportworks__Materials__r
And, in the Supportworks package, the Project object related list will be setup using a slightly different Materials object API name: supportworks__Materials_Lists__r
Finally, within the Supportworks package, the Sale object related list will be setup using a slightly different Materials object API name: supportworks__Materials_Lists__r
