If your company uses Market Segments to separate your database of leads into geographic areas, you will likely want to sort your Staff members on the Calendar by Market Segment. There two places to review these settings and insure your system is configured appropriately.
Settings Tab
Click on the + (or the All Tabs page)
Go to the Settings Tab
Go to the Advanced Tab
Checkbox for "Use Market Segments" set to True
Click Save
Public System Settings
Navigate to the Setup menu. Click on your Username in the upper-right corner of your improveit 360 page. Clicking on your Username will expose a dropdown menu. Here you will find the Setup menu:
From the Setup menu, use the Quick Find search bar and search the words "Custom Settings"
Click on Custom Settings
Next, click Manage next to Public System Settings
Locate the Use Market Segments checkbox. This should be set to True.
Locate the Market Segment Calendar Filters checkbox. This should be set to False.
