Managed Report Types are installed as part of an Installed Package within the Salesforce environment. Improveit 360 offers several Managed Packages including Professional, Enterprise, Products & Materials and Supportworks packages. Managed Report Types are included in all of these Packages.
Issue
After a recent software update, Custom Fields were removed from a Report Type which is part of the Managed Package.
Cause
If you have added your own Custom Fields to a Managed Report Type those fields will only remain so long as the Managed Package is never updated. Some installed packages are intended to never be updated. This is NOT the case with improveit 360's Managed Packages. improveit 360 pushes out updates, feature enhancements, and bug fixes every few months.
Resolution
You will need to re-create the Report Type so that it is Unmanaged, then re-create the Report using the new Report Type. Let's review how...

The video briefly explains "with” object relationship vs a “with or without” object relationship.
Once you have successfully created the new Report Type, you can re-build the Report using the Report Type you just created. This will ensure that any future updates do not impact the Fields displayed in your Report or Dashboard.
