On the RemodelerGo app, if you find that your Users are seeing an error message telling them they do not have access to a specific field. Your Administrator User will need to give Field Level Security access to the field noted in the error message.
Issue:
The User's Profile does not have access to see a field which is needed from the RemodelerGo app.
In the example error message below, the field the User needs access to is the Host Payment Link ID field on the Sale object.
Resolution:
On the desktop application your Admin User will navigate to Setup
Go to the Objects menu
Then choose the Object from the Error message. In this example, the error message was on the Sale object.
Next you will select the Field from the error message, in this example it is the Hosted Payment Link ID field.
On the Field, click the Set Field-Level Security button:
Then, select all Profiles who use the RemodelerGo app. You can select all Profiles by selecting the checkbox in the column header.
Then click Save.
You may need to repeat this step for multiple Fields on the same Object. To be proactive, we recommend checking the following fields and be sure Visibility is set to True:
- Hosted Payment Link
- Hosted Payment Link ID
