Enabling this log function can assist in troubleshooting DocuSign Integration errors, specially if they are originating from connection issues through the Salesforce integration.
- Navigate to the DocuSign Admin Tab. It will launch in a new window.
- From the DocuSign page, click on 'Settings', at the top of the page.
- Scroll down to Integrations on the left side of the page. Click on 'Connect'.
- Click on Salesforce:
- Enable the Error Log. On the Salesforce Configuration page, scroll down until you see this checkbox:
Once this is enabled and an action is performed that errors out, you can navigate to the 'Logs' button on the Connect page to pull and review in detail.
