Prior to the Fall '20 Release, if a Sale did not have either a Sale Item with a Product Category or Sale Items in general, the Project Breadcrumb Trail would not be displayed, regardless of if the User manually selected a Product Category for the Project. This gap in functionality caused an interruption to the user's experience on the Project View page. User's who have become accustomed to seeing the Breadcrumb Trail on each record, now have the ability to quickly navigate back to a predecessor record.
Resolution: Our developers have applied the 'is blank' logic to the Project View page. improveit 360 is now able to render the Breadcrumb Trail, even when the predecessor Sale record does not have a Product Category.
