If the emails you or your clients have received from improveit 360 do not appear to come from the Email Address your company prefers, or if they appear to come from "No Reply at Salesforce" your System Admin may need to adjust Deliverability settings within your system.
Note: only Admin Users will be able to complete this settings change.
Navigate to Setup
In the Quick Find search "Deliverability"
Under the Email Administration menu, choose Deliverability
- If Enable compliance standard email security mechanisms is True (enabled), your emails will appear to come from an encrypted email address which is much more difficult to decipher the originating domain name or email address.
- For example: Billy Chase <email@example.com>; (Billy Chase via r4q7ng95it81uwra.y7etz97.3i-fagjeas.na112.bnc.salesforce.com)
- If Enable Sender ID Compliance is True (enabled), your emails will appear to come from a No Reply at Salesforce.com email address with "On Behalf Of" followed by the User's email address.
- For example: firstname.lastname@example.org <email@example.com> On Behalf Of Billy Chase
If you Disable BOTH of these settings, the 'From' email addresses will be the most simplified version of the Sender's email address. In most cases, it will appear as the User's Email address, or the default Workflow Rule User's Email address. For example: Billy Chase <firstname.lastname@example.org>
