Sales Items/Product Quantities on Staff Calendar
We would like to see our products and quantities (sales items) show up on our Staff Calendar when hovering over it. This would allow up to move jobs around much easier without having to actually open up each project. We currently retype all of the products into the Project Activity Comments but if it could be automatic, that would be great!

Our team can typically create a customization to display any desired text in a custom field which displays on the Staff Calendar (limit of 255 Characters), here is more info about this customization: Add Fields to Calendar Blocks
I notice that your company is using the Supportworks package version of improveit 360. The Supportworks network has hard-coded Triggers around Project Activities and the Calendar Text. At this time, the Installed Revenue is hard-coded to appear in the Custom Calendar Text field. If you would like Sale Items (or Materials) to be displayed on the Staff Calendar, we would need to turn off the native Trigger. Note: The Supportworks Project Trigger also populates the Foreman, Install Date, Confirmed On date, auto-creates Project Costs for Materials and Time Records, and many other automations you may be currently using. If you would like to by-pass the Trigger in favor of Custom Calendar Text, please open a Ticket with our Support team.
