What if the information I need to see doesn't reside in one of the Fields available in Calendar Preferences?
Every business has different information that is critical as it relates to Appointments. That is why improveit 360 offers Custom Configuration as an Advanced Service. Our Configuration Specialists can add additional text to the Appointment Calendar blocks and/or Project Activity Calendar blocks by writing custom Salesforce Workflow Rules for your organization.
When enabled in your system, your custom text will appear in each Appointment Calendar Block as shown below:

Let our team know if you are already tracking this text in a Field on the Appointment object. NOTE: There is a character limitation of 255 characters. If you have been tracking this information in a Text Field, the Field character limit setting MUST be less than or equal to 255 characters.
