This is a two part series on how to modify the existing results and add custom result details with different dependencies.
Modifying Appointment Result Details Part I: This video explains that our appointment results are tied to reporting within the system and should never be customized. Instead, and as this video shows, your improveit 360 system administrator can customize your appointment result detail options. You can do this under your setup menu, under the result detail custom field and relationship off of the appointment custom object.
Modifying Appointment Result Details Part II: This video focuses on how to include and/or exclude result detail values that are already available in the system as result field dependencies. Or in other words, make the result details available to show as an option underneath specific result values. The video then demonstrates how you can create new result detail values or deactivate result detail values that you do not use or want to use.
