Add Second Sale To Resulted Sale Appointment
The mobile application for Appointments is used to create Quotes and Result appointments. From the improveit 360 Go mobile app, the Result button will be greyed out once the Appointment has been Resulted.
In order to add a second Sale to an already Resulted Appointment, you'll need to do this from the improveit 360 desktop application.
Navigate to the Appointment, and hover over the Sales related list. Click the New Sale button:
If there was a Quote attached to the Appointment that you'd like to use for this Sale, you can use the Import Quote button to import all Quote Items to this Sale:
