CompanyCam is a cloud-based photo service that allows contractors to upload images to the cloud. Photos are tagged by date and location, automatically filing into the correct Project in their CompanyCam database.
This integration is facilitated, setup and maintained by CompanyCam and the individual Dealer. Improveit 360’s Support Staff does not Setup this integration or Troubleshoot if there are issues. Each Dealer will need to work directly with CompanyCam to facilitate their integration and troubleshooting needs.
The Integration for CompanyCam is a simple Text field in I360 that holds the URL for the link to the related prospect in the customers CompanyCam system. This is completed by CompanyCam and the Customer with little to no interaction from us.
What improveit 360 knows about this integration:
- CompanyCam will create a custom URL Field on the Appointment and Sale objects to link any Photos for that Appointment/Sale/Project to a CompanyCam file location (URL). CompanyCam will setup anything else needed for the integration to function properly.
- If the Dealer would like the URL Field available on Custom Objects downstream of the Appointment or Sale, the Dealer’s dedicated System Administrator* will need to create Formula Fields on each Object to make the URL available on multiple Objects in the system.
* If the Dealer subscribes to an improveit 360 Delegated Admin Support Plan, the Dealer can request that improveit 360 create the additional custom fields on behalf of their company, using their monthly Delegated Admin Hours. Keep in mind, CompanyCam will still need to provide Setup of the integration itself.

Unlike most other Integrations the CompanyCam one is simple enough that it's not running actions within the system, they would all be ran by the admin account when information populates. No need for a dedicated User!
