Once a Quote is created for an Appointment and the Appointment is resulted as Sold, the Quote can be imported into the Sale to avoid double entry of the Products Sold.
Importing a Quote into a Sale
Locate the Appointment that the Quote was created on and click 'Result'. Note: You can ONLY import a Quote into a Sale IF the Quote is attached to the Appointment you are resulting as Sold. If the Quote was created on a previous Appointment, you must import the Quote into the Appointment you are resulting so it can be imported into the Sale. See the Quote Page Overview to learn how to import a Quote into a new Quote.
Select the Result of 'Sold' and the 'Quote(s) Sold' section will appear. Select the Quote that was accepted and click 'Next'.
Notice the Quote available to be selected above. This Quote is available because it was created off of the Appointment that is being resulted.
Once the Appointments Resulted as Sold with the Quote selected, the Quote Items will now be the Sale Items on the Sale page.
