Instead of creating Quote Items one item at a time, you may want to setup Quote Templates to automatically add Products to your Quote. Once you select a Quote Template you can make further changes to the Products to fit the specific situation.
Creating Quote Templates
Click on the '+' button in the blue margin and click on the 'Quote Templates' tab.
Select an existing 'Quote Template' to make changes to or click 'New Quote Template' to create a new one.
Add a name for the Quote Template, add Quote Items to the template exactly as you would on the Quote page and click 'Save'.
