If your company adds a new Centah Service to your product offerings, you will need to go to the Centah Login Tab and Sync the Centah Services again.
Navigate to the (+) All Tabs page
Then choose the Centah Login Tab
Then click Sync Services to query the Services available in Centah. If you also need to add Warehouses, click Sync Warehouses and the system will query the Warehouses from Centah.
NOTE: You should never need to manually add a Centah Service or Centah Warehouse. The integration will create these Centah Service and Centah Warehouse records for you.
How to Search for Centah Errors
To locate Error messages from Centah, you can navigate to the Centah Errors Tab and browse the latest errors.
Each Centah Error record will include the Related to Record ID from improveit 360. Click on the Related To ID to go to that record. In this example, the Phone number is missing, and it is a required field to add this New Customer to Centah.
If you have a specific Appointment record that did not sync, copy the Appointment record ID into the Global Search.
Be sure to use the Record ID within the URL string for the Appointment:
Be sure to click Search All.
Open the Centah Error record associated to the Appointment and look for the Error Message:
This field will tell you why a lead did not properly sync to Centah. In this example, the Centah Service ID number is incorrect.
