Your System Administrator User will help Users adjust their Navigation Items to suit the User's role within the Organization.
From the Setup menu
Go to the App Manager Menu
Then click on Navigation Items
Locate the Object Tab or feature (like the Call Queue) you would like Users to have access to from the App, and use the Add arrow to move them into the Selected Items column. This sets the Navigation Items for all Users who access this App.
This ensures when Users access the App, they have all the Object Tabs and features they are accustomed to using in improveit 360.
NOTE: Lightning Apps can also include customized navigation, branding, Lightning pages, and utility functionality that isn't available in the same way in Classic apps. In the example below, RingCentral has sunset their application for Classic however, using the Lightning Experience, improveit 360 Classic customers can continue to take advantage of the RingCentral for Lightning integration*.
