improveit 360 has revamped the way Text messages are sent from the system. Because of development changes over time, and being unable to Delete an Object from a Managed Package, there is now a deprecated texting object within many improveit 360 systems.
Version 1 of texting used an old texting object called 'Prospect Inbound Texts'. The object with the world/phone icon. 'Text Name' records start with PTXT. Prior to the change, inbound texts from customers would show up as individual records on this object and on reports for this object.
Version 2 of improveit 360's texting uses a new texting object called, 'Inbound Texts'. This object has the Palm Pilot style icon. Note that 'Text Name' records starts with TXT. All inbound texts from customers will be created as individual records on this new object.
