Product Enhancements
- Enhanced Campaign Member record locking
- Customers are growing and so are the number of users logging in and using the call queue. To ensure that each campaign member is locked to the appropriate user we are aligning more closely to native salesforce record locking.
- Call Queue compatible with English(Canada) Locale
- With our growing customer base in Canada, our Call Queue is now displaying and accepting recall dates when the logged in user's locale is set to English(Canada). Also, the calculated days and hours/minutes in the Re-call modal popup respect the same locale.
- Additional formula fields on Marketing Opportunity for Campaign Member reporting
- To enhance our customer reporting experience improveit 360 has added 3 new fields to the marketing opportunity object that pull key information from the related campaign member.
- Campaign Name, Next Re-call date & Times Called from Campaign

Defect Fixes
- Negative Commission Amount not Calculating
- In the event that a staff member's account has an added commission with a negative amount the Amount Selected field is updated. Once the negative amount is transferred the Ready to Pay Total reflects this same negative amount.
- View State limit on Staff Account Page
- Aligning with Salesforce view state limits, we've reduced the query in the staff account page to 600 for commissions and staff account transactions.
- Changing AM to PM in call queue recalculates time
- Following the selection of a Re-call disposition in the Call Queue, if a user changes the AM/PM dropdown the time is now recalculated and displaying correctly.
