All Automatic Emails sent using templates will work as they always have, with the logo being loaded from an image Document through classic letterheads.
However, if a logo is needed for a document being used front the Print/Email button on any improveit360 objects, The logo must set set in Public System Settings.
To add the Company Logo image, Go to Setup > Custom Settings> Public System Settings. You should see this:
From here, click Manage > Edit. On this screen, scroll down to the Company Logo field near the bottom of the list.
Add the image URL of the desired company image in this space. Then scroll back to the top and click save.
To get the URL of your desired Company Logo, navigate to the Documents Tab
Locate the image, right-click on the image and click Copy Image Address:
Paste the image address in the Company Logo field within the Public System Settings menu. Click Save
At this point, any document or email template accessible from the Print/Email button should load with the desired company logo.
