The out of the box Email Template for eLead Conversion Issue Notification has some undesirable verbiage and customers will likely want to change this Template. Below is a sample recommendation for changes to the Email Template. You can simply copy the text in this Article and paste it into your Email Template.
First, let's review the new text we will be using for the Template. Note the merge fields have been included for convenience.

This email is being sent to inform you that there has been a conversion issue while attempting to convert one or more eLeads to Lead Sources.
Your manual intervention is required in order to successfully review and convert the eLead into a Prospect/Lead Source in your system.

When finished, the Template should look like this:
To update the Email Template, first navigate to the Setup menu
Click on your Username in the upper right-hand corner
Click Setup
Under Personal Setup, Click the Arrow (>) next to Email
Click on My Templates
Choose the desired folder location (eLeads Email templates are located in the eLead Notifications Folder).
Click on the desired email template name (for this exercise we will select the eLead Conversion Issue Notification Email Template).
Click the button that says Edit HTML Version
From here you can simply copy/paste the Subject line and the Message Body from the above text in this Article. Save when finished.
Once you've Saved the HTML version, you'll want to Edit Text Version of the Email Template as well.
Here you can simply click Copy Text from HTML version
When the text is populated, you can re-format line spacing and then click Save.
Generating a Test Email using Send Test and Verify Merge Fields
Once you've edited your Template, you can generate a Preview by selecting an eLead record already in your system to use when populating the merge fields within the template.
Click Send Test and Verify Merge Fields
Next, in the Related To Record section, select the eLead object
And use the magnifying glass to select an eLead record to use when populating the field values:
Use the Search to search a specific eLead name. Use an asterisk to search more results.
Select the eLead record, then click Go
Then click OK
In the HTML Preview pane you will see how the Email Template will appear when populated with date.
