improveit 360 allows through the insertion of an eLead record, the creation of Requested Appointments. This allows lead providers to send in an eLead record and have an Appointment record automatically created, with a Status of Requested.
Out of the box, improveit 360's Appointments Tab has a "Requested" list view.
Any Appointment which is inserted using the Requested Appointment Date/Time fields on the eLead, will appear in this List View.
Requested Appointments will need to be Confirmed with the Prospect, and then Assigned to a Sales Rep. Once they are Confirmed, or Assigned the Status of the Appointment will no longer be Requested, and the Appointment will be removed from this List View.
The fields used on the eLead to create an Appointment are the following:
- RequestAppontmentDate
- RequestAppontmentTime
Both of these fields will need to be populated on the eLead record, and be formatted correctly, for improveit 360's eLead trigger to create an Appointment record.

On any incoming eLead record, you will see if they have submitted a Requested Appointment Date and Time.
And on the Appointments Tab we will see this Appointment in the "Requested" List View, until it has been Assigned or Confirmed.
Notice that once the Status is changed to Confirmed, you will no longer see this Appointment in the "Requested" List view because the Status is no longer Requested, it is now Confirmed.
You'll need to select a different List View to see "Future" Appointments.
