This video shows the Staff Calendar and the multiple ways you can change the Calendar View or Filter the information shown on the Calendar. This video shows some of the ways you might organize your Staff Calendar, including how to use Staff Filters on the left-hand side, the appointment filters at the top of the staff calendar, the different views on the top right hand side, how to change the colors for the staff members calendars and how the system administrator can change what's visible on the calendar tiles.
This video also shows how to Enable Staff Score on the Calendar in order to track Sales metrics and Sort the Staff members in order of their Score on the Staff Calendar.
If you are the System Administrator User, you can access Calendar Preferences by navigating to Setup
In the Quick Find type "Custom Settings" and click on the Custom Settings menu
Next to Calendar Preferences click Manage
Click Edit
Here you can select which Fields are visible on the Sales Appointment Calendar Tiles or Project Appointment Calendar Tiles.
If you are Enabling the Staff Score, you must Enable both "Sort Staff by Score" and "Show Staff Score(s)"
