Distance to Next Appointment

Easily see straight line distance from a Sales Rep's Address to Appointments and from Appointment to Appointment on the Staff Calendar!  Follow these steps to activate this new feature:

•  **Admins ONLY** Click 'Setup'

• Click on 'Develop' and 'Custom Settings'

• Click 'Manage' next to 'Calendar Preferences'

• Click 'Edit'

• Click the checkbox next to 'Appt Title: Show Distance to Next Appt'

• Click 'Save'

• Once activated, all new Appointment records created, that have been geocoded, will display the straight line distance from Appointment to Appointment when assigned to a Sales Rep.

• IF the Sales Rep's Staff record has been geocoded, distance from the Sales Rep's address to the individual Appointments is also displayed.
