Project Templates give you a quick and easy way to generate a list of Project Activities needed to complete specific jobs. They offer an efficient way to keep all of your Project Activity names consistent and save time when scheduling Project Activity Tasks and Appointments.

Creating Project Templates |
o |
click on the '+' button and click on the Project Templates tab. |

o |
Click 'New Project Template'. |

o |
Fill in the Project Template Name and Description. Click 'Add New Activity' to start building out the list of Project Activities. |

o |
Build out the list of Project Activities exactly as you would on the Project page. Since this is a template to be used on many Projects in the future, you do NOT have to fill out the assigned to field on each Activity unless you know the same staff member will be taking care of specific activities. Click 'Add New Activity' to create a Project Activity. |

o |
The 'Days Until Next Activity' box allows you to enter a number and will auto populate the date of the next Project Activity based upon the date of the first activity. In the example above, I know that the Measure Appointment is always scheduled one day after the Welcome Call. Placing a '1' in the 'Days Until Next Activity' box will automatically populate the Measure Appointment Project Activity one day after the Welcome Call. Leave the 'Days Until Next Activity' box as 0 to not use this functionality. |
o |
Once you are done creating the list of all of your Project Activities, click Save. |

o |
Once the Project Template is saved, you can immediately use it on any new Projects by click the Project Template drop down: |

o |
Select a Project Template and the Project Activities will populate on the Project page. |

o |
Even though a Project Template was selected, you can still add/remove/rearrange any Project Activity to meet the needs for this specific Project. |
