Much like Sales Invoices, Purchase Orders and Quotes, Work Orders can be generated as PDFs directly from the Project page. The Work Order document will generate a list of all Project Activities added to a Project.
Generating a Work Order PDF
Navigate to a Project page, click the Print/Email button near the top of the page and click the on the symbol.
|The system will generate the PDF.
Once the PDF is completed, you have a couple of options:
- Tap on the PDF link to open the document in a separate tab, this is the most common way to view and save the Quote PDF.
- Click the 'Attach it to the Quote' button to attach a copy of this PDF to the Quote page for historical reference.
- Click 'Log it under 'Activity History'' to create a completed task to store the time, date and user who created the PDF.
Once the Work Order PDF is opened, you can save it to your computer or print it for your Prospect. Below is an example of a improveit 360 Work Order out-of-the-box without any customization:
