Two videos below explain how to change field values. Each dropdown field or 'Picklist' in improveit 360 can be customized* by your System Administrator. This video will walk through how to locate the Fields on each Object and how to Edit the Values within Picklist.
*NOTE: The Appointment Result Field Values cannot be Edited. Watch the first video below to learn how to 'Deactivate' Result values. DO NOT Rename or add new Result Values to the Picklist. This action will void your improveit 360 Service Agreement.
Result and Result Detail Fields
Edit Picklist Fields (not Appointment Result and Result Detail)
Example: Add to Appointment Type Picklist
Navigate to Setup > Create > Objects and go to the Appointment object. From there, under Custom Fields & Relationships, click on Type - it'll be near the bottom of the list.
From there, click New (in the Values box - shown below) and add your new value(s).
Be sure to click Save when finished to apply the change.
NOTE: If your company uses the Supportworks Package there are automations which rely on specific Appointment Type values like "Service Opportunity" and "Annual Maintenance." Before using any custom Appointment Type values, be sure you know how that might impact your automations.
