Your system can track Field changes on up to 20 Fields on each Object or Record Type in improveit 360. You can modify which Fields are tracked on each Object (up to 20 fields) and those Tracking changes will be displayed in the History section of the page.
Keep in mind, this setting is not effective retro-actively. It will begin tracking changes to the Field at the time it is enabled. Prior to being enabled, there is no way to determine when those Fields were changed.
To enable History Tracking for a Field, you'll navigate to Setup > Create > Objects. Lets use the Appointments object as an example. Click on the Appointments object and navigate to the Custom Fields and Relationships section. Click the "Set History Tracking" button:
Here, you can select up to 20 fields to track the history and changes made to the field This will allow you to see this on the Appointment page, in the History section. Be sure you know which Object or Record Type your Field resides on.
