Campaigns are groups of Marketing Opportunities you predefine for your Telemarketers to call through in the Call Queue. Campaigns make your Telemarketers duties easier and more efficient by making call dispositions, setting a Re-Call and setting Appointments one click away.
Why do Campaigns use Marketing Opportunities?
Why don't Campaigns pull lists of Prospects?
Campaigns pull lists of Marketing Opportunities based on the criteria you set for many reasons:
Marketing Opportunities are already pre-filtered based upon the information you enter. You will never see a Marketing Opportunity in the Call Queue that does not have a valid phone number or that has been flagged as not qualified.
Marketing Opportunities are a the key component of the 'Closed-Loop Marketing' system and are already designed to ensure that every Prospect has a follow-up.
