For example: If the Appointment was Resulted as Canceled, AND the Disregard in Statistics checkbox is True, when running a Report, the Appointment will show a ZERO in the Canceled metric column.

When does Disregard in Statistics get checked automatically?
If your company has a true two-step close process, meaning if the Rep runs two Appointments and closes on the second Appointment, your company considers that a 100% Close Rate, then your Reps will choose the Appointment Result of "Follow-up" when Resulting the first Appointment, and your Admin User will want to turn on the following setting:
Enable Disregard in Statistics for Follow-up Appointment Results
This Setting assures that the first Appointment in a two-step close process, Resulted as Follow-up will be "counted" as a ZERO in all Reporting Metrics:
Caveat: When you schedule a Subsequent Appointment while Resulting the first Appointment as Follow-up, the second Appointment (aka the Subsequent Appointment) ADOPTS the Disregard in Statistics checkbox status of TRUE, until which time the second Appointment is Resulted.
Example: In Resulting the first Appointment as Follow-up you choose to Create an Appointment
The second Appointment will also have Disregard in Statistics as True until that Appointment is Resulted. See examples below of second Appointment(s) which have not yet been Resulted.
When does Disregard in Statistics get unchecked automatically?
When the second Appointment is Resulted, a Trigger will update the checkbox value, based on the Result chosen. If the Result is again Follow-up, the checkbox will remain True. If the Result is Sold, Demoed, Not Sold, etc. the checkbox will be changed to False.
What if we Result from a third-party app?
If you are using a third-party integration (such One Click Contractor) to push Results into improveit 360, you will need to map a Value of False to the Disregard in Statistics checkbox when pushing any Result other than Follow-up. This will insure Sold and Demoed Appointments are not being Disregarded from reporting metrics.
Ensure all your Appointment Results count! Ask your integration provider to map a Value of False to the Disregard in Statistics checkbox when pushing any Result other than Follow-up.
If the Integration is not setup correctly, you may see this issue:
