Lead Source Performance Report - Conversion percentages by Source
This report compares the number of Leads taken to the number of Appointments that were Set, Appointment Issued, Demoed and Sold for each marketing Source.
Note: Lead Sources may show multiple lines of data for the same Lead Source if the Prospect had more than one Appointment. The Lead Sources count will always be accurate, although more rows of data may appear in the report.
In the example below we received the Luna Test lead and scheduled three (3) Appointments with Luna Test. The first Appointment was a No Show, the second Appointment was a Follow-up and the third Appointment has not yet taken place.
Note: The Lead Sources count is accurate. The reason the lead appears multiple times is due to having multiple Appointments for the same Lead. When calculating Issue% or Sold% the denominator in the equation should always be the Lead Sources sum, not the record count.
Source Cost Performance Report - Cost per Lead and ROI by Source
This report compares the number of Leads taken from each Source to the amount your company spent on that marketing Source during the same timeframe.
