Each User of improveit 360 will have an email address associated with their login credentials. This is the email address where the User will receive Password Reset links.
Change your Email address when you are Logged In
Click on your Username in the upper-right corner of the screen, then click on Setup.
Under the Personal Setup section, expand the My Personal Information section, click on the Personal Information menu
Click Edit
and change the Email address.
Click Save
NOTE: The Email address will NOT be changed until the User verifies the Email address is valid. See next steps.
Next, check your Email!
You should have an email from improveit 360's Custom Success Team with a hyperlink to verify the email address and change the email address in the system.
Click the hyperlink in the body of this email.
Now, refresh your improveit 360 system to see this change take effect on the User Detail page.
Change your Email address when you are Unable to Login
Your System Administrator User will need to assist you with changing your Email Address.
The Admin User will navigate to Setup
Go to the Users menu
Choose the Active Users list view
Click Edit next to the User's name who needs their Email address changed.
Update their Email address and Click Save.
NOTE: The Email address will NOT be changed until the User verifies the Email address is valid. See next steps for the User.
Next, User must check their Email!
The User should have an email from improveit 360's Custom Success Team with a hyperlink to verify the email address and update the email address in the system.
Click the hyperlink in the body of this email.
Now, refresh your improveit 360 system to see this change take effect on the User Detail page.
