If you have recently added Filter criteria to your Campaign the most likely cause of this error is an unsupported Field Name for one of the fields you are using as a Filter.
Because the Call Queue uses a data query, we cannot use specific words in the Field values. The word "from" should not be used in any Fields that will be used in Campaign Filter Criteria.
In this example, our system has a formula checkbox field on the Appointment object. If the Appointment was a Canvassing lead, the checkbox is True. The name of the Field is "From Canvassing".
We are trying to use the "From Canvassing" custom field as a Filter in our Campaign criteria:
Upon trying to Save the Campaign, we receive the unexpected token error.
To use your custom Field as Campaign Criteria, simply remove the Word "from" from the Field Label and Field API Name. Our example Field is now just labeled "Canvassing" without the word "From."
Go back to the Campaign and add the Filter Criteria for this Field.
Save and from First Time Setup!
Edit the Campaign when finished!
