This Article covers where to find your Document Templates in improveit 360, how to download your Document Template in an HTML format, and make changes to the Document and re-upload your Document Template with your latest changes.

Example A: Edit HTML for Sales Invoice document template
Step 1. Download the HTML code for your document file and paste HTML into Liveweave.
Navigate to the Documents Tab
The document I want to edit is in the Templates-Sale folder. Click on the Name of the document.
Next click View File
Open the file in a web browser, and Right-click
Choose "View page source" and use Ctl+A to Select All, and Copy the HTML
Step 2: Paste the HTML code for the document into Liveweave in the top left quadrant of their interface:
In the lower-right quadrant you will see a preview of your Document Template. In this example, our Logo isn't loading properly and we are going to locate the Image tag within the HTML and change the URL for our logo.
Step 3: Make your changes in HTML and save a new HTML File
In the screenshot above I'm using Ctrl+F to search the HTML for the characters "img" which allows me to quickly find the image tag. You could also use Crtl+F to search key words or field names you are trying to change.
For this example, I've pasted in the correct image URL within the quotations for the image source tag and the alternate source tag, like this:
You will immediately see your changes reflected in the Document preview pane in the lower-right.
When finished, Download your Liveweave file as an HTML file.
Step 4. Replace the Document in improveit 360 with the new HTML file
Navigate to the Documents Tab
The document I want to edit is in the Templates-Sale folder. Click on the Name of the document.
Next click Replace Document and then click Choose File
Upload your new HTML file you created from Liveweave.
Next, we'll need to generate a new Sales Invoice to verify the change and see the correct logo on the Invoice document.
Step 5. Generate a new Sales Invoice to verify the change
Navigate to any Sale record in the system and click on the Print/Email button.
Click on the Printer icon next to Sales Invoice
Open the PDF and you should see your company's preferred logo:
