This article covers the out-of-the-box six (6) Document Templates available for improveit 360 Classic. Below it is noted which Object these are generated from, as well as what Folder location(s) they can be found within.
Documents are coded in HTML. Editing them does require a level of technical knowledge of HTML. Here is an Article on Editing Document Templates.
Lead Sheet - Appointment object
Found in the Classic Email Templates > Staff Appointment Notifications folder
Quote - Quote object
Found in Documents > Templates-Quote folder
Quotes can be itemized or contain a single item with a lump sump. This is determined by how the User creates the Quote record. Below are examples of both.

Sales Invoice - Sale object
Found in Documents > Templates-Sale folder
Work Order - Project object
Found in Documents > Templates-Project folder
List the Project Activities and their Comments for the related Project:
Activity Work Order - Project Activity object
Found in Documents > Templates-Project Activity folder
Contains the specific Date and Time of that Project Activity with space for an Installer or Project Manager to write in their own notes.
Purchase Order - Purchase Order object
Found in Documents > Templates-Purchase Order
Contains the Sale Items as Purchase Order line items.
