Every Tab in improveit 360 has a list of associated Views which help you segment the information on a specific Tab so you can see the exact information you are looking for. Let's take a look at the out-of-the-box Views on the Marketing Opportunity page.

Click on the Marketing Opportunities tab |

Click the drop down directly above the list of Marketing Opportunities, these are the available Views on the Marketing Opportunity page. |

Select the 'All Set Appointment Tasks Due View'. This list will only show your Marketing Opportunities with the type of Set Appointment that are due today or previously. Note: the default Type for Marketing Opportunities is Set Appointment. This View is perfect for reviewing any new Prospect opportunities or your existing database opportunities.

Step 1: Enter View Name |

This section allows you to change the name of an existing view or create a new name for any new view. |

Step 2: Specify Filter Criteria |

This section controls the filters applied to the View which controls the records that are shown. The filter above states: |

Type equals Set Appointment - meaning the Type field on the Marketing Opportunity page must be Set Appointment for the opportunity to appear in this view.

Completed Date equals "blank" - this filter states that the Completed Date field must be blank. This is another way to say that the Marketing Opportunity can't be completed.

Can Contact by Phone equals True - meaning the Can Contact by Phone field must be True. This will ensure that only Prospects that can be contacted by phone appear in the view.

Prospect Not Qualified not equal to True - only Prospects that have NOT been flagged as not qualified will appear in the view.

Due Date less or equal to TODAY - this filter states that the Due Date on the opportunity is less than or equals today's date. The value TODAY will always be interpreted as the current days date and will roll over day by day to reflect the current date. You can also use such values as YESTERDAY, TOMORROW or LAST 30 DAYS.

Visible only to me - This view will be only visible to your user.

Visible to certain groups of users - Make this view visible to certain groups of users.
