Issue:
When a (usually new) User logs into i360, they see the error message "Content cannot be displayed: You do not have sufficient privileges to access the page: /apex/i360__ProspectSidebarSearch" in the Search and Create box instead of it loading correctly.
Resolution:
All Users need to have Permission Sets assigned
Missing Permission Sets for new Users will cause the issue you see with the ‘Search and Create’ box not loading correctly.

TO FIX: When setting up a new User, you can either:
OPTION 1: After creating the new User, make sure you click ‘Edit Assignments’ and assign at LEAST ‘Minimum Access’ to any User.
- This can be found at the BOTTOM of the User page when creating a new user
OPTION 2: instead of manually assigning the permission set, after creating the new User, click on ‘First Time Setup’ in your Navigation Bar.
- There is a feature in your org that when running First Time Setup, the system looks for any user that does NOT have a permission set assigned, and assigns it automatically.
