Campaigns are a way of querying Marketing Opportunities for your Telemarketers to call through in the Call Queue tool. Campaigns make your Telemarketers duties easier and more efficient by making call Dispositions, setting Re-Calls and scheduling Appointments just one click away.
Why do Campaigns use Marketing Opportunities? Why don't Campaigns pull lists of Prospects?
Campaigns pull lists of Marketing Opportunities based on the criteria you set for many reasons:
- Marketing Opportunities are already pre-filtered based upon the information you enter. You will never see a Marketing Opportunity in the Call Queue that does not have a valid phone number or that has been flagged as not qualified.
- Marketing Opportunities have due dates that each Campaign uses to ensure you are only calling Prospects that you want and not your entire database. If a Prospect wants to be contacted in a month, a new Marketing Opportunity can be set for the exact date they requested to be called back.
- Marketing Opportunities are a the key component of the 'Closed-Loop Marketing' system and are already designed to ensure that every Prospect has a follow-up.
- Marketing Opportunities cannot be open if the Prospect has an open Appointment, Sale or Project so you will never call a Prospect within a Campaign if they have an open item.
