This article is an overview of the Campaign Statistics that appear at the top of the Call Queue once a Campaign has been selected.
Campaign Statistics Overview:
Total Prospects: # of Prospects called so far from this Campaign
Pending Re-Calls: # of Re-calls still active in this Campaign
Completed: # Prospects who's Marketing Opportunity was Completed in this Campaign
Remaining: Current # of Prospects who qualify for this Campaign
Campaign Statistics Additional Detail:
Remaining: This stat displays the number of prospects that are not yet IN the campaign. If you have 9 prospects that qualify for this campaign, then you call one of them, you will see 8 Remaining.
NOTE: Depending on whether your Campaign's Update Method is 'Manual' or 'Continuous', this stat can behave differently.
If you're using the Manual update method, a non-zero amount in the Remaining stat means you'll need to use the manual update. If you're using 'continuous' continue to call new prospects to deplete this number.
Total Prospects: This stat displays the number of prospects that have been called from this campaign. It excludes the 'Remaining' stat. This number typically equals the combined total of the 'Pending Re-Calls' and the 'Completed' stats.
Pending Re-Calls: This stat is exactly as it sounds, if you click one of the Re-Call Dispositions from the Call Queue, it will remain in the Campaign and be scheduled for a Re-Call, adding to this stat. As your telemarketers completed the Recalls in the Call Queue, this stat will be depleted.
Completed: This stat is similar to the 'Pending Re-Calls' stat in that its count is powered by the 'Complete' Dispositions. After clicking a disposition of Remarket, TCPA or New Appointment, the prospect's Marketing Opportunity will be marked as Completed and removed from the Campaign, adding to this stat as it leaves.
