Reviewing Campaign Performance
The quickest way to review the performance of a Campaign at a high level is on the Campaign page. Click on the Campaigns tab and click on a Campaign:
Scroll down to the 'Performance' section of the Campaign detail page:
This section will give you a high level overview of:
- Remaining Marketing Opportunities - this number that is continually updated throughout the day reflects the number of Marketing Opportunities left in the Campaign that have not yet been dispositioned.
- Pending Re-Calls - this number that is continually updated throughout the day reflects the number of Re-Calls remaining in the Campaign that have not yet been completed.
- Dispositions by Staff - this section breaks down the dispositions made in this Campaign for all time by the User who made the disposition, including the total number by User and the total numbers for everyone.
