Once your Products have been added and configured on the Products tab, you and your users will be able to access the configuration options when adding Products to a Quote, Sale or Purchase Order.
Let's review how to access and use the configuration options on a Quote.
- Locate an Appointment and click 'New Quote'
- Click 'Add Item'
- Click into the 'Product Name' field and begin to type the name of the Product you are looking for. All the options that match your search will appear below, click on the correct Product.
- Once the Product is selected the configuration options will appear below the Product Name and the configuration icon will appear in gold. Click on the configuration icon to select the configuration options for the Product.
- Configuration options of type 'Text' can be expanded by dragging the bottom right hand corner of the text box providing more space to type/read notes
- Once all of the configuration options have been selected, click 'OK'. The options will then appear in detail below the Product Name.
