In this Article we will review Field Filters for setting Campaign criteria. These filters will determine which leads are pulled into a Campaign. We will also discuss the best way to Target uncalled leads while still insuring Mutual Exclusivity on Filter Criteria across ALL of your Call Campaigns. You should not create any New Campaigns, until you know if there is potential overlap with any of your existing Campaigns.

In this video, we've identified a group of leads taken in July 2020 that have never been called. In order to isolate these leads into one Campaign I must first Filter those leads out of the other Campaigns our company is currently working.
